COLLECTION

Your Library has set up a quiet corner for browsing our

collection of Westminster West materials. Now called Westory!

the Story of Westminster West, these intriguing materials were

discovered at the Library, and reflect the social history of the

village from Civil War to the present. On display are selections

from the 22 beautiful Victorian-era photo albums of local

families to teen-age 4H Club scrapbooks, and many other

photos and stories collected in the 1990s by the Oral History

Project. They are on display so that local families and new

arrivals alike can access and appreciate the unique character

of Westminster West.

There are nearly 2 dozen red, grey and white albums on the

shelf in the Westory! corner, so do come in and spend some

time with the old days in Westminster West.
